Legally affiliated entities:
In the event that Evo Global merges, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site, or operations, Evo Global may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such a transaction. In the event of such a transfer, Evo Global will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any change in Evo Global’s ownership that results in a change in control of your personal information. International data transfers.
Processing in Mexico and elsewhere by registering on this Site: Evo Global is a global business.
